The best part is that she hasn't really even made up 'words', plural - she's made up one word, and then added an 'r' the next time she says it. So it's really one, and then that one again, plus an 'r'.
In reply to that comment, if you look at "what the dilli-o" as "what's the deal?" then "what the drilli-o" would most likely translate to "what's the drill?"
