It's probably more indicative of scurvy. By the way, you can get shirts in the color "Scurvy Yellow" which may be what his shirt is.

yah yellow skin is definitely not associated with diabetes. yellow skin is jaundice- it happens in liver failure. theeastbaykid knows his physiology

I'm more of the opinion he's got an Emerald City thing going on... i.e. he's wearing yellow tinted glasses that cause everything to look yellow.

Or he's color blind.

It's jaundice. No argument. Seeing in Yellow is not jaundice. Possibly some unique color-blindness.

Diabetes?

Diabetes causes blurred vision, not... yellow vision. Jaundice is a yellowish discoloration of the skin and can even make the whites of your eyes yellow. It's a symptom of many diseases that cause liver failure, including hepatitis and even malaria.
